2026 Annual General Meeting
The AGM Programme – Friday 13th November
This year we are trying something different for our Annual General Meeting. We are encouraging all who can to gather for the day or weekend to take in the university, meet up with old friends and of course attend the AGM. For those too far afield we are providing a video link to attend by the internet. The day will begin at 10:30AM with a walking tour of campus, then we come down the hill for a delicious barbeque lunch in the Robb College Courtyard. The AGM will kick off in the Robb Dining Room at 2:00PM. After the AGM we will have afternoon tea and a good chat before we do a tour of Robb College including the recent major renovations to rooms. A dinner or attending the Theatre Cocktail Party are evening options for those staying overnight. It is sure to be an interesting day.
The AGM itself is rather important. This year’s committee has worked hard to reinvigorate the Alumni Association with several new initiatives. One matter has been an overhaul of the constitution to make it more fit for purpose. Another is to attract committee people living outside the Armidale area to better reflect the actual Robb diaspora. We now need the thoughts and ideas of as many members as possible as we plan future directions for the Alumni.
